FAQ

1. How long does it take to ship?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We have staff working 24/7 to make sure your order gets received and sent as soon as possible.

Once it is shipped, your order will take between 9-18 business days for it to arrive at your doorstep depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

2. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?!

Please understand that our staff immediately begins processing your order after it has been placed. We ask for 1-3 business days in order for us to prepare and ship your package due to a high volume of orders.

While some orders may arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed custom inspections. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we will help reship your order for free or provide a full-refund guaranteed!

3. What payment method(s) do you guys accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay when you’re on your mobile device. We do not accept prepaid/gift cards. You can choose to pay through the secure payment gateway. We never process or store your card information. It is sent directly to our secure server for payment processing. Our entire website is HTTPS certified. 

The credit card user must be the same person as the name printed on the card (owner of the card and account).

4. Can you ship to my work address?

We only ship to Credit Card billing address', there are no exceptions.

5. Can I cancel/change my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been place, so please be sure before you give your credit card information.

6. Can I return/exchange my order?

All products sold on here are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective product, we will offer an exchange for the correct or same item if available. If we are unable to offer a replacement product, a refund or store credit will be issued. Please contact us first for approval and return instructions. We will not accept returns without prior notice and approval.

Returned products must be in its original condition. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and contains all original packaging with tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.

Return period for approved products: 10 days from the date on the original invoice for domestic orders, 15 days from the date on the invoice for international orders. Returns will typically take 7-14 business days to process. You will be notified via email when the return transaction has been processed. We recommend you use a return shipping service with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7. How does your clothing sizes run?

They all run American TTS (true-to-size) unless stated otherwise in the description box.

8. Why was my order was cancelled?

All orders without Credit Card billing address will be automatically cancelled.

9. How and where do you ship?

We ship from our partnered fulfillment centers located in Hong Kong and China using contracted sourcing agents who store our inventory. The reason for this is because it prevents inventory from piling up in our office in Los Angeles, resulting in tremendous efficiency. We pass those savings back to you by being able to offer free worldwide shipping with tracking.

10. Is there any discount available?

Of course! All orders over $400 USD will be entitled to a 20% off discount. Simply type in the code: GAMBOL20 when checking out to receive the discount. 

11. Do you accept trades?

No, we do not accept any trades under any circumstances.

12. Can I track my order?

You will be provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number once your order has been shipping via email.

13. I can't track my item with a tracking number you gave me.

Sometimes it takes 1-3 business days to track your item depending on destination country.
